Installed proper tee fitting on pipe and plugged it off for now. Will have to order new dry sprinkler current lead times have been 4-6 weeks for delivery after order. 7-3-2024 Emergency service call out.

today we did the kitchen exhaust cleaning (hood cleaning) at this location. We completed the Prep Hood, the Main Hood and the filter cleaning. We found that the fryer hood fan needs a longer power cord to open the fan to clean it properly.
