This customer called me because he has purchased a location I was scheduled to get serviced. I went over to the location and spoke to the customer at length on the process and what to expect. I then proceeded to do the annual fire extinguisher service and then moved to the kitchen fire suppression service. Once done I presented the customer with a review link and sent the inspection reports to him. I let him know that the fire suppression needed to be done semi-annual and the fire extinguishers were annual.

A new business called and wanted to get set up to serve the public. I found everything was pretty much up to date. I first went around and did the fire extinguisher service work. I then went to the kitchen and did the kitchen exhaust cleaning. I then completed all of those things and started testing and inspecting the kitchen system. Everything was compliant so I sent her the reports and left her my card.

I called this customer as my work order said that I had done the fire extinguisher inspection last March. I scheduled this appointment and went to get it done. They only needed annual inspections and so I completed those inspections, tagged, wiped down the extinguishers and let the customer know they were good for another year.

Arrived at customer location to do the annual fire extinguisher maintenance. Upon arrival I did a quick walk around to check on everything. Then I proceeded to do every fire extinguishers annual service. I then asked if there were any locked rooms with fire extinguishers or any vehicles that have fire extinguishers. None of those were at this location. I then spoke to the owner about next years service letting them know I would call a week or two in advance to get it scheduled.

The customer called and needed to purchase a new fire extinguisher, I stopped in and dropped it off in the course of my day.

I received a web lead from this customer stating they needed to get a fire extinguisher inspection and to have them maintenanced. I was able to get all the fire extinguishers up to date and also added some signs to help their customers know where each of them were in case of a fire. I let the customer know this was an annual service and that they would get a call next year a few weeks before I showed up to inspect them again.

We did the fire system installation on this customer. This is the first service after that. We installed an Ansul system and I am now doing the first inspection today. I arrived, put the system in test mode and then tested it. I did not find any problems so I added new fusible links and put the system back in fire mode. I wrote the report and let the customer know it needed to be inspected every 6 months to keep it to manufacturers and NFPA codes.

I scheduled an appointment to do the Semi-Annual fire safety inspection at this location. I inspected the fire extinguishers and the fire suppression system (Ansul R102). I looked at each fire extinguisher making sure they are functioning and the gauges worked. I tagged them and put them in the proper locations. I then put the fire system in test mode and removed the links. I them put test links in and tested the system for function. I did not find any issues and took the test links out and added new fusible links. The system is operating the way that it sould.

I was contacted by the USCG to do an inspection on their Sapphire suppression system on the boat. I wrote a quote for the inspection and the annual fire extinguishers. It was accepted so I called to set up the appointment. I arrived and did the inspection on the Sapphire system, then I did the inspection on the fire extinguishers. Everything is in good working order.

This was a quoted job that we did the inspection on the Sapphire system and the annual fire extinguishers. I completed the inspections and there were not issues found.

I called the customer to get them on the schedule. They were ready to do it today. I arrived and looked at everything. I let the customer know that they needed to purchase 2 5# abc fire extinguishers as two were bad. They also needed to get signs for each fire extinguisher. They purchased 6 fire extinguishers. I hung the signs and did the annual inspections on the rest of the fire extinguishers looking at the gauges, hose and general health of the fire extinguisher. I tagged each fire extinguisher (minus the two that were bad) then hung them all in their proper places.

I had a work order pop up and called this customer to get them on the schedule. I arrived on site and did the (2) annual fire extinguisher inspections for them. I let the customer know that the fire extinguishers are good for another year unless used.

Customer called needing to get a Dry and Wet automatic fire sprinkler system inspection and for an anti freeze loop test. Upon arrival I put the systems into test and started to inspect. I found that the dry sprinkler system has some rust deposits inside and may start to have pin holes in the next couple of years. The anti freeze loop test was in good standing for the temperature it is supposed to be at. After all inspections were done I put the system back to operational mode and it is fully functioning.

Customer was asking for an inspection on a fire suppression system that was installed in 2024. This is the first inspection of the Ansul fire suppression system. I looked at the system for any flaws or damage to the system. Then I tested it to make sure it would operate if needed. I did not find anything that would stop it from operating. I changed the fusible links and put the system back into operational mode. I wrote the report and talked it over with the owner. I let them know that it would need to be inspected again in 6 months. Customer was happy with the service.

Customer made an appointment to get their automatic fire sprinkler system looked at. I arrived put the system into test. I then did a full inspection of the sprinkler riser, the sprinkler heads, and the anti freeze loop system. I checked the anti freeze to make sure it was the proper temperatures. After the full inspection I did not find any problems with the system. I took the system out of test and put the system back online. System is in proper working order

This was a service call to take care of a few fire extinguishers that needed some work. I did a Hydrotest on the 10lb ABC, did some inspections and sold them 5 new 10lb ABC fire extinguishers.
