The customer called and needed to get the annual done on the fire extinguishers in the log yard. I arrived and did a quick survey of what needed to be done. I then proceeded to inspect each fire extinguisher for damage, to see if the gauge was working and also that the hoses were clear of obstruction. I did the maintenance on each one that needed it and also did the inspection. I tagged and placed each fire extinguisher where they were supposed to be. I let the customer know that I was available if they used any and if not I would see them in a year for the annual fire extinguisher inspection.

Repairs to the alarm system were performed. We removed and replaced the fire alarm panel, 13 smoke detectors, 4 pull stations, 4 heat detectors in the attic and 1 in the kitchen, tied in devices to the new panel and tested the newly installed detectors, pull stations and the panel. System is code compliant.

Annual Wet Sprinkler Inspection & Anti-Freeze test - we did the anti freeze loop test and the freeze point was not correct, need to recharge the system. Will do this at another visit.
