I was called out to this location for a service call. I found the Left accelerator offline. System will still function as designed. Performed air test on system there was zero pressure loss after one hour. Maintence will continue to monitor air in system for two week's if everything seems normal. We will quote to replace the accelerator at that time

I arrived to complete the Annual fire sprinkler inspection and anti-freeze loop testing. Upon arrival I inspected the site for any problems, then I proceeded to inspection the system. Anti freeze tested at -21° F and they are good with that. The system has no issues and is functioning correctly. I sent them an emailed copy of the report and let them know that next March is their next inspection unless they have issues.

I called the customer to let them know it was time to do the fire extinguisher annual at their the North Bank facility. They said it was good for March 20. I went over and inspected 80 fire extinguishers. I found that 6 needed to be hydrotested and 10 needed to have a 6 year maintenance done. I did the 6 year maintenance on site then took the rest to the shop to be hydrotested and returned them to their proper place. I completed the inspection and let them know they were ready for another year unless any were used or had any issues.

I arrived at this location as scheduled, after setting up the appointment a week ago. I did a walkthrough of the kitchen making sure everything was good to start my inspection/testing of the kitchen Ansul System. I got set up to do the inspection and started to test to make sure it would work if needed. I changed out the fusible links and the rubber nozzle caps. The system was a double tank system. I checked the pull station to make sure it was accessible. I then put the system back online and sent the report to them via email.

Sprinkler Emergency Service Call. Arrived on site fire doors were not working on all floors. Troubleshooted system and located bad part will provide quote to fix the issue once the corrections are made system will be functioning as designed.

I completed the annual wet fire sprinkler inspection at this location. There weren't any deficiencies and the system was in good working order.

The customer called to get on the schedule. I said that I had an appointment that day available. The customer said come on over. I arrived and did the fire extinguisher annual inspection. I let the customer know they were good for an entire year unless used or damaged.

I had a work order for this location so I called the person in charge and got this scheduled for today. I arrived at the location checking all the kitchen systems before putting them in test to test them out. I made sure they were operational and everything was functioning as it should. I then proceeded to put the systems all in test mode. There are (2) water wash systems, a single Amerex kitchen system and a double Amerex kitchen system. I tested and checked all the tubing, links, caps and other components to make sure they would function if pulled or a fire should happen. I changed out all the links and put the system back to operational mode. I wrote reports for all the systems and told the person in charge that they would need to be inspected and tested once again in 6 months. Systems are good to go.

We received a call from the customer to fix their fire sprinkler system. I arrived and assessed the situation. I then put the system into test mode then isolated teh pre action system. I then closed the antifreeze loop and drained the wet system. I removed and replaced the two painted sprinkler heads on the second floor in the conference room. I also installed the missing escutcheons. I filled the system back up opened the antifreeze loop and took the system off of test. Everything is in good working order and operational.

Customer called for an annual fire extinguisher inspection. Upon arrival I found that the Fire extinguisher needed to have a 5 year hydrotest. I took the fire extinguisher to the shop and had it hydrotested (leaving a loaner onsite) then brought it back and mounted it in its place. They are good until used or next year at this same time when it will need to be inspected again.

Customer called and wanted to get a fire extinguisher training class for the staff. I let them know that I could definitely do that. I took a fire tray (water with gas on top to light up with fire). I took some fire extinguishers to use and then talked about how to use a fire extinguisher and also what to do in specific instances with different types of fire extinguishers. Each person used a fire extinguisher and put the fire out with help on how to use them. Once they all tried it we had a questions and answer segment and got all questions dealt with. I cleaned up and headed out to the next job.

Fire sprikler service call where we removed sprinkler on second floor room 229 that was starting to activate it appears. Upon removal the sprinkler was completely clogged with debris. Also recommend sending a sample of the sprinklers out to be tested. The 3/4” qr sprinklers are dated 1999.
